Clayton Bailey, MBA, is the Director of Operations & College Readiness Consultant at Bailey’s Tax & Accounting Services LLC. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Philadelphia University in 1998 and furthered his education by obtaining an MBA in Finance in 2005.
With over 25 years of experience in Financial Aid, Clayton has held roles at Temple University, Rutgers University - Camden, and currently at Drexel University. His passion lies in helping parents and students navigate the complexities of college financing, using his extensive knowledge of the Financial Aid process to guide them in making informed decisions.
In addition to his financial expertise, Clayton brings creativity to the team. He showcases his skills through website development and social media marketing, enhancing the company's presence and outreach. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and talent for designing efficient processes, he continues to make a significant impact both within his company and the communities he serves.
Outside of work, Clayton is an avid martial artist and enjoys watching and playing basketball and football, as well as playing soccer. He also has a passion for building Excel spreadsheets and cherishes quality time spent with his family.

Jennifer Bailey, MBA, is the Founder and CEO of Bailey's Tax & Accounting Services LLC. With over 20 years of experience in the tax industry, she has built a reputation for delivering exceptional service and expertise. Jennifer earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Philadelphia University in 2003 and went on to obtain her MBA in Finance in 2004.
As a registered tax return preparer with the IRS and holding a School Business Administration Certification, Jennifer offers comprehensive tax preparation services for both individuals and businesses. Her dedication to providing clients with high-quality, professional service is at the core of her business philosophy. In addition to tax preparation, Jennifer provides business consulting and bookkeeping services to support small businesses and non-profit organizations in achieving their financial goals.
Jennifer is married to Clayton Bailey and is the proud mother of two wonderful sons. In her free time, she enjoys reading, playing indoor soccer, running, working out, and spending quality time with her family.
